ServeForLeading.com & Lichtenwalner.net

Welcome

Welcome to ServeForLeading.com / Lichtenwalner.net. I have been fortunate enough to learn from some of the best and worst leadership styles in my career. More importanlty, I've been blessed with an excellent education, selfless mentors and terrific opportunities. Therefore, as a firm believer in giving back, I created this site as one small way in which I share my experiences and lessons learned back to the Technology Leadership community. The result is a site that is intended to help others avoid some of my own pitfalls and / or benefit from the lessons I've learned. Most of the content is intended as starting points, guidelines or references and are not finished products. Feel free to reuse any content, but please drop me a note so I know it was helpful and may learn more from your use and revisions.
